End-to-End Quality Inspection
Our end-to-end quality inspection system effectively solves the pain point of overseas buyers: concerns about inconsistent quality of customized fashion products and high after-sales risks. We firmly believe that strict quality control is the cornerstone of trust, so we have established a multi-level, full-process quality inspection mechanism covering every link from raw material incoming to final product outgoing.
In the raw material incoming inspection stage, we strictly verify the quality of fabrics and accessories—checking fabric color fastness, elasticity, and thickness, as well as accessory durability and safety (such as heavy metal content in zippers and buttons) to ensure they meet international standards and customization requirements. In the in-process inspection stage, professional inspectors focus on key details affecting product quality, such as stitching precision (avoiding skipped stitches and loose threads), color matching consistency (preventing color differences between batches), and accessory assembly firmness. Any unqualified products are immediately reworked or scrapped to avoid flowing into the next process.
In the final outgoing inspection stage, we conduct a comprehensive inspection of the overall version, size accuracy (matching the customized size table), and packaging (meeting international transportation and brand requirements). Each qualified product will be affixed with a quality inspection mark, and a detailed quality inspection report will be provided for each batch. This strict end-to-end quality inspection system ensures that every customized product delivered to the buyer meets their aesthetic and quality expectations, greatly reducing after-sales disputes and enhancing buyer confidence.
